Questions about pricing

How does the free trial work?: Every plan starts with 7 days free. We take a card at the start and charge it when the trial ends, at the monthly or yearly price you chose. That plan renews at the same price until you cancel. Cancel in Billing before the trial ends and you pay nothing. There is no cancellation fee.
What counts as a social account?: Each connected profile or page: an Instagram account, a Facebook Page, a LinkedIn page and so on. Reconnecting one you already have doesn't count again.
What are AI credits?: Captions, planners and images use credits based on the work each one takes. A credit is drafting capacity inside Jotplum, not cash. Plan credits refresh every month and unused ones do not roll over. Purchased credits are not refunded. They never expire, and they stay on the account if you cancel.
Why is X an add-on?: X charges for every post and every analytics read, so X publishing and analytics are $15 per brand a month instead of being built into every plan.
Can I change plans or cancel?: Yes. If you already have a plan, Billing asks you to confirm the new price, then switches it on the card already on file. Manage or cancel is where you stop renewal, including during the trial. Cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the period you already paid for. That period is not refunded, and there is no early termination fee.
