Billing and credits

These billing terms are part of the Terms of Use. They are the contract between you and Velko Group LLC, doing business as Jotplum. Prices are in US dollars. The same facts are shown again on the pricing page and in Billing before a card is taken.

Plans

• Starter. $49 a month, or $490 a year. The yearly price is ten months at the monthly rate, which is the “two months free” comparison. It renews yearly at $490 until you cancel. 500 plan credits a month, 1 brand, up to 6 connected social accounts.
• Growth. $129 a month, or $1,290 a year. The yearly price is ten months at the monthly rate, which is the “two months free” comparison. It renews yearly at $1,290 until you cancel. 2,000 plan credits a month, 3 brands, up to 18 connected social accounts.
• Agency. $299 a month, or $2,990 a year. The yearly price is ten months at the monthly rate, which is the “two months free” comparison. It renews yearly at $2,990 until you cancel. 6,000 plan credits a month, 10 brands, up to 40 connected social accounts.

Connecting social accounts, scheduling, publishing, the inbox and analytics are included on every paid plan, including the free trial. A free workspace can draft posts and use its AI credits.

A monthly plan renews every month at the monthly price above. A yearly plan is paid at the start of the year and renews yearly at the yearly price. “Two months free” describes the yearly price against twelve times the monthly price. It does not change the amount or the renewal.

Free trial

The first time an account starts a paid plan, it includes a 7-day free trial. We ask for a card at the start and do not charge it during the trial. When the trial ends, the plan renews at the price you were shown, monthly or yearly, unless you cancel first. Cancel in Billing, using Manage or cancel, before the trial ends and you will not be charged. An account that already has a Jotplum customer record does not get a second trial and is charged from day one.

Changing plans

If you already have a plan and a card on file, switching plan or billing period happens in Billing. We show the new price and ask you to confirm. When you agree, we change the subscription you already have. We do not ask for the card again. If the new plan covers fewer brands than you have, the brand this subscription is billed to stays active and the others pause until you choose which brands fit, in Billing. A paused brand stays readable. Its connected accounts are disconnected until you make it active again. Credits already left this month stay until the next monthly refill.

During a free trial, staying on the same billing period keeps the trial. The saved card is charged the new price when the trial ends, and nothing is charged for the switch itself. Changing between monthly and yearly charges the saved card at that moment.

After the trial, the saved card is charged or credited the difference for the rest of the current period. The new price then renews, monthly or yearly as you confirmed, until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel from Billing, using Manage or cancel, without calling or emailing us. That opens the billing portal. It works during the trial. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep the plan until the end of the period you already paid for. There is no early termination fee, and we do not refund the current month or year, except where the law requires a refund or we agree in writing.

The period you already paid for stays at the price you were shown. A higher price applies only to a later renewal, and you can cancel before that renewal.

Refunds

Cancelling during the trial, before the first charge, means you pay nothing. After a charge, the current period is not refunded. Purchased credit packs are not refunded once the credits are added, including unused credits, and including if you later cancel the plan. There is no separate US refund window beyond that rule. If a law that applies to you requires a refund, that law controls, and a sentence in these terms does not remove it.

If you are a consumer in the UK or the European Economic Area, you can lose the 14-day right to withdraw from digital content only when you ask us to deliver it immediately and you acknowledge that the right ends once delivery starts. The checkbox in Billing is that request. A subscription trial starts the service during the trial. A credit pack is delivered when the payment succeeds.

AI credits

A credit is a unit of AI drafting inside Jotplum: captions, planners, graphics and similar work. It is not money, not a gift card, not a wallet balance, and not transferable. It has no cash value and is not redeemed for cash, except where a law that applies to you requires otherwise. One credit is not a fixed task. A short caption uses fewer credits than a graphic, and the cost is based on the work the model actually does.

There are two pools. Plan credits come with the plan, refill on the first day of each calendar month (UTC), and do not roll over. When a paid plan ends, the monthly allowance becomes the free allowance of 50 credits. Purchased credits are bought as a pack, are not refundable, never expire, are used after plan credits run out, and stay on the account after you cancel. You can still use them while the account exists. We do not close an account, or delete unrelated credits, only because you disputed a card charge. If a card dispute reverses the payment for a pack, we remove the credits that payment bought.

• 500 purchased credits for $5, delivered when the payment succeeds and not refundable.
• 2,000 purchased credits for $20, delivered when the payment succeeds and not refundable.
• 5,000 purchased credits for $50, delivered when the payment succeeds and not refundable.

Add-ons

• X (Twitter) publishing and analytics: $15 per brand a month. It renews monthly until you cancel it from Billing. The same cancellation rule applies, including during any period before the first charge.
• Extra brand (6 social accounts): $29 per brand a month when that add-on is offered for purchase. It would renew monthly until cancelled.

Taxes and failed payments

Prices do not include taxes a bank or a local law may add. If a renewal charge fails, the plan stays in place while the card network and our payment processor retry it. If the retries end and the subscription is unpaid or cancelled, the workspace returns to the free plan. Purchased credits that were already paid for stay on the account.
